The Roundhouse brings you a pilot program of low-cost (almost no-cost) life drawing sessions this summer. A chance to brush up on your skills and hone your craft in a welcoming environment. Artists of all skill levels are welcome, from the very beginner to the very advanced.
To inspire your sketching, dancers will hold poses based on their dance traditions. Models will be clothed and/or costumed.
The sessions take place in the Roundhouse Engine Pavilion, a bright space full of natural light -- with an historic steam engine as backdrop.
Some easels and drawing boards are provided. Artists should bring their own paper and preferred drawing media.
